It is ridiculously simple. Just parsley, lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Fresh Parsley Sauce
Half a bunch parsley, chopped roughly
2 lemon, juiced
4 tbsp olive oil
salt
pepper
Mix together, and let it hang out on the counter a while, serve alongside almost anything.
You can add any herb you like,

ReplyDeleteGreat idea, what veg were you thinking of? Did you have something specific in mind? Off the top of my head maybe baby potatoes, cauliflower, grilled corn would probably be awesome.
